What!? Kamala Just Did What In Florida?

If the Democrats think this is going to cool down Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, they may want to think again.

Hey, Kamala…Here’s a tip, “know your audience!”

Guess what Vice President Kamala Harris is doing on January 22, 2023, the day that marks the 50th anniversary of when Roe v. Wade became the law of the land and legalized abortion was allowed in all 50 states?

According to the Associated Press, our pro-abortion vice president plans to speak on the anniversary of Roe in, of all places, Florida…one of the most pro-life states in the country.

And Harris is planning to do this speech in the year when the Supreme Court overturned Roe when it handed down a ruling on the Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization.

Since this ruling, several states have enacted abortion laws to protect unborn life. And some states already had trigger laws armed and ready in the event Roe was overturned.

In this environment, Kamala plans a message to show that “abortion remains a focus for the administration after the midterm elections.”

Kirsten Allen, a Harris spokesperson, said that the vice president plans to make it very clear that the fight to secure women’s fundamental right to reproductive health care is far from over.

“She will lay out the consequences of extremist attacks on reproductive freedom in states across our country and underscore the need for Congress to codify Roe,” Allen said.

Harris is also going to Florida for this speech at the same time that the Biden administration has indicated it will finally investigate the “extremist attacks” on pro-life pregnancy centers. There have been 70 centers and offices attacked this year.

Harris is heading into Florida on its 50th anniversary, a state that currently bans abortions after 15 weeks of pregnancy.

I wonder how they are going to feel about hearing from Harris when they know that her team is working towards making at-home medication abortions widely available.
