Buttigieg tried to resurrect himself by appearing on Good Morning America and explaining his handling (or lack thereof) of the East Palestine crisis.

The interview went so well that when you Google the interview, you can’t find it.

All Pete had to say about himself was that “he’s delt with disasters” often.

“Look, I was mayor of my hometown for eight years. We dealt with a lot of disasters,” Buttigieg told host George Stephanopolous.

Do you know who did have a lot to say? The mayor of East Palestine.

You wouldn’t have believed it if you didn’t see it, but Rosie O’Donnell is also demanding Mayor Pete and Biden take immediate action.

“I’ve been reading all the news about this horrible train derailment and chemical spill – toxic poisoning – in Ohio. Fish dying, chickens dying and animals getting sick and people getting sick, and then the EPA comes out with a very non-alarmist ‘Everything’s okay. Don’t worry about a thing’ statement, and it’s infuriating,” she said Friday.

“I don’t trust the EPA. I don’t trust them. After 9/11, I don’t know how anyone could,” she added.

You know it’s bad when the Democrats lose Rosie O’Donnell.

Pete’s in way over his head.

Even the Huffington Post is critical in a report citing aquatic ecologist Sam Bickley.

He called the water test results “extremely concerning.”

“Their results that claim there were no contaminants is not a reliable finding,” he said via email. “I find this extremely concerning because these results would NOT be used in most scientific applications because the samples were not preserved properly, and this is the same data they are now relying on to say that the drinking water is not contaminated.”
